RESIDENTS are being urged to sign an e-petition against ‘pay day’ loan firms.
Haslingden and Hyndburn MP Graham Jones said he feared many cash-strapped constituents will ‘fall victim’ to the high charges offered by the short-term deals.
He is backing a new e-petition calling on the government to intervene in the high-cost credit market.
